As a major country in nuclear technology application, China is steadily advancing towards becoming a nuclear technology powerhouse. Nuclear emergency medical rescue plays a critical role in ensuring the safe development of nuclear technologies. To enhance capabilities in this field, the 2025 Jiangsu Province Graduate Academic Innovation Forum on Nuclear Emergency Medical Rescue will be held at Soochow University.
Guided by the national demand for talent and knowledge reserve development in nuclear emergency medical rescue, this innovation forum aims to foster information sharing, drive innovative development, and highlight cutting-edge technologies. It will provide graduate students with ideas, directions, resources, and a platform for academic exchange in nuclear emergency medical rescue research. We sincerely invite your active participation. The details of the forum are as follows:
I. Objectives
Through academic innovation exchanges among graduate students, combined with frontiers lectures and academic reports by senior experts in the field, the forum will help students familiarize themselves with knowledge on nuclear and radiation accident emergency response and medical rescue, understand research progress and national policy requirements in related disciplines, and cultivate their emergency response capabilities in handling nuclear and radiation incidents.
Ⅱ. Format
The forum will adopt a hybrid online and offline model. The offline venue is the conference room on the first floor of Building 402, Dushu Lake Campus, Soochow University. The online forum will be conducted via Tencent Meeting, with branch venues set up at Jilin University, the Institute of Radiation Medicine of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the Institute of Radiation Protection of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Fudan University, and Wenzhou Medical University.
Ⅲ. Target Participants
Master's and doctoral students, as well as postdoctoral researchers, from research institutions related to nuclear and radiation sciences, specializing in fields such as radiation medicine, nuclear engineering and technology, special medicine, public health, and preventive medicine. The forum plans to enroll 80 participants.
Ⅳ. Schedule
August 19–23, 2025 (Registration on August 19; Forum sessions from August 20–22; Departure on August 23).
V. Fees
The forum is free of charge for all participants.
Ⅵ. Registration Method
Registration for this innovation forum will be conducted online. Participants are required to scan the QR code at the end of this notice to register, complete the attached registration form, and submit their presentation paper via email to qingdi0817@126.com. Eligible applicants will be notified by email after the registration period ends.

Submission Guidelines:
Outstanding papers will be selected for academic presentation at the forum.
The forum will organize evaluations of submitted papers and presentations, with certificates awarded for excellence.
Submitted papers must align with the forum's themes and be named in the format: Institution-Author-Title.
Submission deadline: August 15, 2025.
